Whole-Quality Institute

Quality understood at the level of the whole work, whole system, and whole outcome.

A Common Framework for

Quality Across Different Fields

Developing practical quality frameworks for support services,

infrastructure, and other complex systems.

What Is Whole-Quality?

Whole-Quality looks at quality at the level of the whole work, the whole system, and the whole outcome. It provides a shared way to define what matters, how to evaluate it, and how to support quality claims across different fields.

The Whole-Quality Framework

The framework organizes Quality Factors, Indicators, Outcome Criteria, Evidence, and Quality Claims into a coherent structure that can be used in practice.

Current Initiatives

Whole-Quality is currently advanced through AMSI in support services and IQI in infrastructure quality. Together, these directions show how one shared framework can connect work, requirements, evidence, and outcomes across different fields.
